This store is very busy, employees are happy, upbeat and we loved the family feeling as we dealt with them. We loved all the information they gave about their wood products. Very knowledgeable, attentive to our needs. Acted very interested in what we wanted to do with our home. Gave suggestions when asked. They supplied us with numerous samples to take home. They gave one of the best do-it-yourself classes I have ever attended, and I knew we could install our own floor upon completeion of the class. Also equipment rental was awesome - so economical Also while in their store, our children could play in the kids play area and we didn't have to worry about them. A great first time experience! We looked around town for a couple weeks and happened across the gang at the Wood Floor Warehouse and all of a sudden our eyes were opened to the real world of wood flooring! What a selection! And huge samples! Those people have been in the wood floor business for 3 generations and it shows. Not only did they know everything about wood floors but gladly educated us as well! Great prices, and we took the free Saturday class from Mark and installed the floor the next weekend! IT IS BEAUTIFUL!!! We saved about $2700.00 from the lowest bid we had and the installation was easy! We've already sent 2 of our friends there and they've had the same great experience, ( our friend Roger was too lazy to install his floor and had it done)! They're the best, a little crazy around the office but well worth the wait! The homemade tamales on Saturday are a nice touch! J.R.- Salt Lake City |

Martin at the Riverdale store is a real people person who did everything he could to meet our desires and budget. We put wood floor down in three rooms of our home that has cement floors with radiant heat. Martin worked with us to find the right type of hardwood and glue to make the project successful. We are return customers from a few years back and would return again. In fact I referred my mom there and Martin worked with her too, she now has a beautiful hickory floor in her family room. Thanks Martin and the Woodfloor Warehouse. Our home is extra beautiful for the Christmas season!

The best decision I ever made! Was considering a national wood chain ( Lumber Liquidators), but after 2 visits and no real help came accross the folks at the Wood Floor Warehouse, and am I glad I did! I was truly educated to wood flooring and the installation class on Saturday was awesome! They really care for thier customers and the few calls I had to make as I was installing the floor was met with great encouragement and were so helpful! Cant say enough how easy they made it for me. i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because great people to work with. They taught me how to lay the wood flooring. I was able to lay a real wood floor for about the same price as the fake floating wood floor. I love how it turned out. I wrote this for the Riverdale store, but wanted all to read:
I've always wanted wood floors but didn't know if I could afford them. I searched around a bit, then went into Wood Floor Warehouse to explore more options. WFW gave me a great price on a gorgeous wood, gave me a class on how to install it myself, rented me the tools, and gave me tons of advice on how to install specific for my floor plan. They gave me all of the confidence that I needed to be able to do it myself. My floors look great and I have become good friends with some of the staff. I really can't say enough good about these guys! Even my kids ask when we are going to WFW again because they were so nice and friendly (my 3 little ones were just able to play in their play area while I talked all I needed to). I have never felt the need to go on-line to rate a company before, but these guys went so far out of their way to make me happy, I just really wanted to tell everybody. ~Shannon P. - Ogden, Ut.

| Ok, not sure where to start, but I can honestly say after shopping around town and the internet, we happened across the gang at the Wood Floor Warehouse. We are so glad we found this place, what a selection! Great prices too and we took the installation class that left us with no questions unanswered. We rented the tools we didn't have and after 2 days had 400 sq.ft. of prefinished hickory installed in our home! This is a one of a kind family business that loves what they do, and they're so good at it. We have already told our friends and family about the Wood Floor Warehouse and I know we'll be back sometime in the near future to do the rest of the main floor! (orders from my wife)! Thanks for everything!
